Started by Rebecca Kemper and Steven Hoochuk as part of The Shakespeare Project (Later Maryland Shakespeare Festival) , Riotous Youth has been teaching, and training children and young adults in the Frederick area since 2002.
Riotous Youth is a 501 c 3 non profit and can accept tax deductible donations. Please help us continue our goal to never turn a student away because of lack of funds.
